Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry, working closely with our experienced team to provide excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Take inbound calls and complete applications with new customers, advising on next steps and booking appointments for Mortgage Advisors
  • Work towards becoming fully CeMAP qualified and develop product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and monthly individual and team targets
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of telesales/customer service experience
  • Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and hard-working with a strong desire to succeed
