Job Description

As a Group Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational support to the HR function across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
  2. Maintaining and improving HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  4. Leading the recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, and onboarding new talent.
  5. Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  6. Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
