Senior Associate – Catastrophic Injury


CapeClarke Limited is seeking a highly skilled Catastrophic Injury Senior Solicitor to join their expanding Casualty department in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in handling complex cases, from liability investigations to policy coverage assessments and quantum evaluations.

About the Role

This senior position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced partners who are recognized leaders in their field. You will be involved in high-value, complex casework, collaborating with esteemed clients and developing existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large loss files independently, ensuring timely resolution and effective client communication
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional results
  • Contribute to the team's success by sharing expertise, best practices, and innovative ideas

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £70,000 (D.O.E.) + bonus, reflecting the firm's commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. The hybrid setup allows for 2 days in-office and 3 days from home, promoting work-life balance and flexibility.
