  • Make key decisions on staff, machines, and processes to keep us ahead of production targets and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • A proven leader with a passion for manufacturing, innovation, and team development.
  • Experience in production planning, cost management, and process improvement.
  • Expertise in ISO9001, ISO14001, and other relevant quality and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvement.
  • A strategic thinker who can provide valuable insights to the Board and help shape the direction of the company.
  • +10 years experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Familiar with various manufacturing codes EN12952, EN13445, ASME 1 & VIII, PD5500, EN1090.
  • Industrial Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Oil & Gas, Petro Chem, heavy engineering background.
