About the Role

The National Institute of Teaching is seeking a highly skilled ECF Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our Early Careers Framework programme in the East, South & London region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a proactive and effective programme plan to meet the needs of our regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our regional team to deliver high-quality programme experiences across multiple programmes.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve programme goals and objectives.
  • Ensure excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in programme administration and delivery.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of teacher training and the Early Careers Framework.
  • Outstanding track record of development and delivery against tight timelines.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with a flexible and hybrid working approach.
