We are seeking a qualified secondary English teacher to deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to small groups of students. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree/PGCE teaching qualification, QTS, and enhanced DBS clearance. Experience in teaching secondary level English is essential, and a good understanding of current curriculum requirements is desirable. The role involves teaching at our fully resourced education centre in Carlisle, with some online lessons that can be taught from home. The centre is growing rapidly, and additional sessions are regularly added. Tutors can commit to as little as one session per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to small groups of students
  • Teach secondary level English to students
  • Work collaboratively with other tutors and staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/PGCE teaching qualification
  • QTS
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
