Trainee Headhunter Opportunity

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Headhunter. As a Trainee Headhunter, you will be responsible for sourcing and approaching potential candidates, guiding them through the interview process, and building relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.

The Role
  • Source and approach potential candidates via LinkedIn
  • Guide candidates through the interview process
  • Account management
  • Develop professional relationships with businesses and generate leads
  • Closing business deals
