About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Headhunter in the FinTech market. As a Trainee Headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Headhunting senior figures using targeted search approaches
  • Screening candidates over the phone
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process
  • Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media
  • Working towards daily KPIs, incentive-related, and promotional targets
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a degree-educated background. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, great organisational skills, a competitive nature, a sense of achievement, and an unrivalled work ethic.
