Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
- Supporting clients with going out within the community and engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Working with clients who have complex needs, including autism and personality disorder, to provide tailored support and care.
- Collaborating with our Operations Manager and Registered Manager to ensure that clients receive the highest standard of care.
