HR-CL Limited is seeking a skilled DBS Chef to join our team on a long-term contract. As a DBS Chef, you will be responsible for providing high-quality culinary services to our clients in various settings, including schools, care homes, colleges, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals for clients with diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen, adhering to food hygiene and allergen protocols.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid enhanced DBS certificate within the last three years.
  • Driving preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to work competently alone in the kitchen and as part of a team.
  • Professional and respectful attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  • Good understanding of dietary requirements and food safety protocols.
  • Current Food Hygiene and allergen certificate (refresher courses available if needed).
