Job Summary
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgery Ward at Prince Charles Hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to delivering excellent, safe, and compassionate care to our patients.
Main Duties
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualised care to patients on the ward, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, while your flexible approach to work will allow you to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess active NMC registration, previous experience of working in a ward environment, and excellent communication skills. A degree and surgical experience are desirable but not essential. You will be committed to delivering high standards of patient-focused care and possess the ability to work on your own initiative while working as part of a team.
