A&E Nurse

We are recruiting for a dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team within the Acute Surgical Specialty at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

Ward 6 is an acute surgical ward with specialties such as colorectal and UGI. Our team has a close relationship with ITU, endoscopy and theatres, which has improved patient care and the patient's surgical journey during their admission.

• You will be responsible for the nursing assessment and care of patients with various specialties, including pre and post-operative management.
• You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including endoscopy department, ITU and theatres.

We offer a training package to support and guide you throughout your new nursing adventure. This training package has been developed by the multi-disciplinary team to identify key training needs required for our ward as a new starter joining our surgical team.
