We are seeking an experienced Employment Guidance Professional to join our team at The Forward Trust.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,500 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As an Employment Guidance Professional, you will play a vital part in supporting prisoners prepare for life after release. You will work with prison learners to undertake inductions, prepare and review Digital Personal Learning Plans, and provide guidance on employability skills.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accurately identify the needs of prisoners using the Digital PLP process.
  • Deliver high-quality information, advice, and guidance to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Complete goal-focused action plans and provide support and motivation to clients to implement their plans.
