The Role
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Branch Operations, overseeing a team of Delivery Drivers & Vault Operatives to ensure deliveries, collections & storage activities are made safely, cost-effectively and in accordance with customer service agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the delivery and collection of cash and valuables
- Oversee the safe and secure storage of cash and valuables
- Ensure compliance with customer service agreements and company policies
- Lead and motivate a team of Delivery Drivers & Vault Operatives
- Monitor and report on branch performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and be available for out-of-hours alarm response
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills
