At Baytree, we are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide exceptional care to our service users. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support, maintaining the hygiene and dignity of our service users, and ensuring their rights are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing physical support, including helping with household tasks and personal care.
  • Providing emotional support for service users and their families.
  • Maintaining a safe environment, protecting service users from harm.
  • Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport, and paying bills.
  • Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care standards.

About Baytree:

Baytree is a purpose-built Supported Living environment, offering 10 self-contained en-suite flats, a beautiful garden space, and a fully functional staff area. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our service users.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed, as full training will be provided.
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or Domiciliary Carer is desirable.
  • Caring, kind, and considerate attitude.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with service users and colleagues.
