About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team in Tiverton. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality drinking water and wastewater services to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating water treatment equipment, monitoring water quality, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the site's operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about water treatment and wants to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and operating water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitoring water quality and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure site operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

What We're Looking For:

  • A good level of Maths, English, and IT skills
  • NVQ 2 in Operating Process Plant or a HNC in Water Operations (or working towards it)
  • Mechanical, electrical, ICA, or scientific background
  • Experience in water treatment or other relevant processes
