Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week, with the possibility of flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

The role involves providing administrative support to the team, including typing and formatting correspondence, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, and filing documents. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for this position.

Key qualifications include:

  • NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification in business administration
  • GCSE English grade C or above (or Grade 4)
