Regional Property Surveyor

Project People is seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Property and Legal Department, you will be responsible for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across our shared and unilateral network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day estate management in allocated sites, providing direction and guidance to internal departments and external professional advisors.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and first-stop reference for property-related matters, including new code agreement renewals, cabling wayleaves, and introducing MBNL's Property Business Processes through training workshops.
  • Provide support to shareholders, suppliers, and contractors in the implementation of ECC reform, particularly in the context of renewals, and act as an escalation point as necessary.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment, and Transmission functions.
  • Offer pragmatic, prudent, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier, or Small Works Contractor environment or for a Chartered Surveyor in a commercial property, professional services, or valuation capacity.
  • Knowledge of Code (Digital Economy Act) and property-related qualifications.
