Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Group Company Secretary to lead our secretariat function and support our company's growth plans.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Chair and CEO to ensure the smooth operation of our corporate governance processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality secretarial services in a listed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective corporate governance procedures;
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Chair and CEO;
  • Coordinate board meetings and ensure accurate minutes are maintained;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements;
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively;
  • Demonstrate expertise in company secretarial practices and procedures;
  • Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 depending on experience.
