Role Overview

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Japanese Corporate Banking Division as an Analyst. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and gain hands-on experience in credit analysis, business development, and operations.

As an Analyst, you'll be responsible for preparing business proposals, supporting credit analysis, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through our comprehensive training program and work closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare business proposals and materials for client meetings
  • Support credit analysis, including creating credit applications and borrower ratings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (verbal and written language skills)
  • Strong interest in financial markets and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured and logical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Innovative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant field
