About the Company:Our client is a rapidly expanding company in the automotive industry, undergoing significant growth. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:- Cash Flow Forecasting: Managing cash flow forecasts to ensure the company's financial liquidity and optimal resource allocation.
- Monthly Management Accounts: Preparing and delivering accurate monthly accounts, offering detailed analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing budget monitoring to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Credit Management: Managing the credit control process, working closely with customers to maintain positive cash flow and reduce credit risks.
- Collaboration with the Purchasing Department: Working with the purchasing team to ensure costs are tracked, products are accurately categorized, and financial data is aligned with operational objectives.
- Product Categorization: Ensuring products are properly categorized to maintain clear financial records.
- Reporting & Analysis: Providing financial analysis to support the Finance Director in decision-making processes and growth strategies.
- AAT Qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in management accounting, particularly in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and monthly account preparation
- Strong understanding of credit management and working with customers on the credit side
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments, including purchasing, to align financial goals
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
- Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum
- Full-time, on-site position based in Watford
