Senior Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a book of business that includes premiums up to £150,000 across general commercial lines.
The Role- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and developing strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Efficiently handle commercial clients on a daily basis, ensuring all aspects of servicing and developing relationships are met.
- Assist Account Executives in administrative tasks for larger accounts, including the writing of client reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilize technical knowledge of commercial insurance business, including commercial combined insurance, fleet, marine, professional indemnity, and Directors & Officers.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, driving business growth and revenue.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in general commercial insurance within a commercial broking environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and developing strong relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance business, including commercial combined insurance, fleet, marine, professional indemnity, and Directors & Officers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
