Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance background and the ability to deal with a fast-paced commercial environment. The role involves working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform planned maintenance tasks on a regular basis, including monitoring all plant and dealing with reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis.
  2. Undertake all allocated tasks in a timely and professional manner, and be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment.
  3. Be proactive in ensuring all H&S issues are reported and escalated as required.
  4. Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues.
  5. Report service-affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in building services.
  • Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Mechanical/Plumbing engineering.
  • Well-presented with good interpersonal skills, as this is a client-facing role.
