Operational Excellence Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our team at Highland Spring Group. This is an exciting opportunity to champion continuous improvement activities and drive operational excellence across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Support daily operations in delivering site KPIs (LE, CTP, CTC, OEE, PPL) and facilitate continuous improvement activities to boost operational performance.
- Continuous Improvement (CI): Facilitate CI tools to support daily operations (RCA, SIC, Gemba) and promote the Improvement AIRs process to encourage team engagement and follow-up actions.
- People Development: Train operators in CI tools and influence the team towards an OpEx culture.
- Teamwork: Provide leadership, advice, and support to Team Leaders and maintain motivation and engagement within the Ochils Manufacturing teams.
- Qualifications & Experience: Knowledge and experience in best practice operations management (Operational Excellence, Total Productive Maintenance, CI tools) and proven operational knowledge and influencing ability.
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to develop and implement reporting for operational KPIs, excellent relationship building and communication, influencing skills, both with and without authority, and change management experience.
