Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support for Financial Services to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced financial advisers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role:

This Senior Support Role in Financial Planning is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in the financial services industry. You will be responsible for assisting in the administration of financial plans and investment proposals, maintaining client files and records, processing account applications, and managing administration tasks on our back-office system software.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of financial plans and investment proposals
  • Maintain, set up, and update internal client files and records
  • Process account applications, transfers, and other paperwork accurately
  • Manage administration tasks on back-office system software efficiently

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Financial Planning Assistant
  • Previous experience using Intelligent Office is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills are required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
