Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide first-line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective employee relations casework management processes, ensuring all work is compliant with law, policy, and good practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  2. Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying, and harassment, performance, and attendance management.
  3. Ensure all work is compliant with law, policy, and good practice.
  4. Provide recruitment advice and support to managers and senior management.
  5. Support employee development needs through appraisals, inductions, coaching, mentoring, learning, and development interventions.
  6. Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
  7. Work with the HR Team to support people management training and upskill managers.
  8. Undertake specific projects and tasks as directed.
