As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our customers maximise their potential and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to customers, promoting positive mental health and well-being
  • Undertaking risk assessments and reviewing customer needs to ensure safety
  • Delivering small group activities to promote recovery and social skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
  • Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • Strong organisational skills, functional literacy, and numeracy
