Housing Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Housing Advocate to join our Supported Housing team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals to achieve their optimal level of independence.

About the Job:
  • Providing support in accordance with individual care plans and risk assessments, ensuring a safe living environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records through timely completion of necessary documentation.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care and support.
  • Fostering positive relationships with families and the local community to promote long-term independence and personal growth.

Package and Perks:
  • A competitive starting salary of £24,858 per annum, based on experience.
  • An Overtime Pay Scheme: receive payment for extra shifts worked within 3 working days.
