The Role:

IMC Locums Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Community Physiotherapist to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients within their homes and community settings in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.
• Deliver effective physiotherapy interventions and rehabilitation in patients' homes and local community settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including GPs, occupational therapists, and social care professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate, advise, and support patients and their families on managing conditions and promoting health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Prioritize a varied caseload based on clinical need.
