Senior HR Advisor Opportunity

Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a highly respected campaigning charity in London. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary of c£48,000 and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality HR services and administration, including coaching and supporting managers in handling performance and conduct issues.
  • Provide HR support and advice to the Learning and Development Manager on the annual PDR process.
  • Develop, coach, and support line managers with the full cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR and HR Project Manager in reviewing and updating HR policies.
  • Identify key metrics to support operational decision making and inform strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure a focus on diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong HR Generalist skill set, gained working in a fast-paced charity or not-for-profit organization. A good knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and the ability to coach and influence line managers is essential. CIPD qualification is ideal.
