Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Estimator to accurately assess project costs and generate competitive and profitable quotations. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, and drawings, and will be able to identify material requirements, programme constraints, and other key factors that impact project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Cost Estimation:

* Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of material requirements and programme constraints.

2. Quotation Generation:

* Develop accurate and competitive quotations that meet client requirements and company objectives.

3. Client Communication:

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and to provide clear and concise information about project costs and timelines.

4. Team Collaboration:

* Work closely with other departments, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure that project costs are accurately estimated and managed.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in cost estimation and project management.

* Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, and drawings.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
