Hospitality Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and personable Hospitality Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our prestigious office in London. This role requires someone proactive, friendly, and committed to excellence.
About the Role- Welcome and manage visitors, contractors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure visitors are signed into the visitor management system and issued security passes.
- Provide cloakroom facilities and escort guests to meeting rooms, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Set up meeting rooms, including seating arrangements and refreshments, and clear them after use.
- Manage beverage stations, catering requests, and other hospitality needs for meetings and events.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area and open-plan office spaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and professional attitude.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
