About the Role

As a Keyholder at Hackett London, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail store. With a passion for fashion and a knack for building strong relationships, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand to life and exceeding commercial objectives.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in fashion retail. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong team player mindset, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by offering exceptional service, reflecting the brand values and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales: Achieve commercial objectives and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Shop Operations: Work as a team to ensure the smooth running of the shop, including inventory management, stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Shop Image: Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and ensure the shop is properly ordered and up-to-date with products.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, with other languages being an asset.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communications skills.
