Primary SENCo Role

We are seeking an experienced SENCo to join our team at an outstanding primary school in Bromley. The successful candidate will have a strong background in special educational needs and be able to provide high-quality support to our students.

About the Role:

  • Carry out normal Primary SENCo duties, including sorting through EHCPS and carrying out 1:1 assessments of children.
  • Assist with the administrative side of the role, including EHCP management.
  • Have excellent understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and Primary Curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational trends.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
