Job Description

The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service, driving success and growth by promoting a positive working environment, maintaining high standards, and ensuring quality care delivery.

You will take ownership of supporting our care professionals, ensuring they have the resources needed to deliver excellent care, while also guaranteeing our clients receive tailored support that meets their unique needs.

A full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, allowing you to travel between locations and respond to client needs efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in care management roles, such as care home manager, care coordinator, deputy manager, field care supervisor, or care manager
  • Demonstrated ability to promote a positive working environment and maintain high standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and care professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing demands
