About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth within new sectors in the London and Home Counties area. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the business while maintaining existing relationships with clients. Your goal will be to stay ahead of regulatory changes, promote innovative solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to build, develop, and execute a comprehensive Sales Strategy that drives revenue growth in new sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure new service contracts and expand existing ones.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest passive fire regulations and proactively address any challenges or concerns, driving initiatives to support compliance and excellence.
• Drive sales objectives through effective customer engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fulfillment of solutions tailored to meet their needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
• In-depth knowledge of current passive fire regulations (a plus).
• A proactive, commercially astute, and technically skilled individual with excellent analytical abilities.
Package Details
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary (£35k - £40k), 22 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, a company vehicle, and uniform. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
