Job Description:
Aspire Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HR, Compliance, and Governance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices align with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Provide training to employees on compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, human resources)
- 5+ years of experience in compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
