Mortgage Adviser Job Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading name in the industry, who continuously grows and develops their team. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be working in a branch-based role, with a focus on providing mortgage and protection advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, using your knowledge and expertise to find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities and leads.
  • Use bespoke digital marketing materials to promote your services and generate business.
  • Participate in dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development and progression.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of providing mortgage and protection advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Benefits:
  • Salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+.
  • Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months, whilst you build your pipeline.
  • Company car or £250pm car allowance.
  • 24/7 employee assistance programme.
  • Branch-based role with working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 6pm and alternate Saturdays, 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu when working a Saturday).
