At Goldstar Chefs, we are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie - Indian Specialist to join our esteemed team. If you have experience in preparing authentic high-quality South Asian dishes & specialties, this is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your skills.

Our prestigious Fine Dining Indian Restaurant in Glasgow serves people since 1982, offering a unique dining experience using only the best local produce, fresh herbs and carefully selected whole spices. The position offers a salary of circa £32,000, with opportunities for bonus and a share of service charge.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation, as well as industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute. Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role, plus min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be performance-driven, able to work well with others, and possess sound health and fitness.
