The role of Principal Design Specialist for Mechanical Products at ACS Performance involves collaborating with the company's engineers to create high-quality products for the hygiene industries. To excel in this position, successful candidates will possess proven skills in design for manufacturing and injection moulding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration Support: Assist in overseeing projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Design Concept Development: Create innovative design solutions that meet product requirements while considering manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Cost Estimation and Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate project time scales and costs, generating clear and concise product specifications.
  • Design Review and Improvement: Continuously review and improve design processes to ensure they align with industry best practices and company objectives.

A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
