As a System Transformation Specialist with DCS Recruitment, you will partner with a HealthTech start-up to drive system transformation initiatives across Europe.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions and foster confidence in trainees through expert facilitation and coaching.

This is a remote-first role with occasional client site visits. You will work closely with our client to design and implement effective training solutions that meet their team's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions both in-person and remotely, making complex concepts accessible and engaging.
  • Foster enthusiasm and confidence in trainees through expert facilitation and coaching.

You will be responsible for creating user-friendly guides and process manuals, as well as driving engagement, communication, and cultural transformation within the organization.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in delivering training through various formats, including classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching, and virtual workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Change management expertise, with experience driving engagement, communication, and cultural transformation.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel when required.
