Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Vistry Works Warrington. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our timber frame manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a production team on a rotating shift pattern, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with the opposite shift to achieve shared goals and targets.
- Develop and train team members to carry out tasks in their own area of expertise.
- Ensure all safety and environmental policies are adhered to and applied consistently.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuously improving working methods and seeking efficiencies.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory position, ideally within the timber frame or housebuilding industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train production staff.
- Thorough understanding of Health and Safety and the requisite processes and procedures.
- Confidence in a variety of manufacturing processes, including the general upkeep and running of machinery.
