Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment to the highest standards, ensuring all machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining plant equipment to ensure optimal performance">
  • Completing preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and enhance productivity">
  • Participating in exciting project work, including the installation and relocation of new and existing equipment">
  • Accurately recording and documenting work completed using state-of-the-art PC/Mobile based maintenance software">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/Fitter within the steel industry">
  • A thorough understanding of mechanical fitting and maintenance practices">
