Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of customer assistants to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a selling culture within the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently raise the performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform operational decisions and drive business growth.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and KPIs across the store.
  • Good understanding and up-to-date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational, and people processes and systems.
  • Ability to use all available data and MI to identify commercial, visual, cost savings, and customer opportunities to increase profit.
  • Good working knowledge of VM principles and good level of digital capability.
  • Ability to plan and review across the week and the month and deliver under pressure.
