TALA Seeks Retention Growth Manager

TALA, a pioneering digital-first women's activewear company, has experienced remarkable growth since its inception in 2019. With a strong foundation in organic social traction and a multi-faceted performance marketing strategy, we've secured funding from world-class venture capital and are now in a period of extraordinary expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy to drive growth from existing customers.
  • Manage budgets and targets provided by the Finance and TALA Management teams.
  • Own and implement all CRM channel activity, including ideation, briefs, approvals, execution, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Analyse and interpret results from CRM initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bring brand goals and objectives to life across CRM channels.
  • Own database growth across both Email and SMS, optimising and testing as required.
  • Develop the channel mix and follow market trends in CRM, retention, and loyalty to continuously evolve the strategy, incorporating best practice and innovation.
  • Work closely with the brand, website, creative, and merchandising teams to deliver a seamless, best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Retention/CRM.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful CRM campaigns.
  • Data literate with strong Excel/Google Suite skills and the ability to understand and use the output of data visualisation tools.
  • Expertise in planning and building both campaigns and automated CRM journeys.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices, data interpretation, and reporting.
