Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient production of meal kits, while maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards, actively cooperating with HelloFresh on health and safety matters.
  • Strictly adhere to established procedures during rejected item handling, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the quality control process.
  • Maintain an organized workspace to enhance efficiency and facilitate a seamless workflow.
  • Own the collection and documentation of rejection data for quality performance metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in root cause projects, applying basic problem-solving skills and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Undergo cross-training to gain knowledge in handling various rejected items across different stations.
  • Communicate and escalate issues to quality control team leaders, addressing deviations promptly.
  • Collaborate with team leaders for insights, discussing challenges, and contributing to process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communicator (proficient English levels)
  • Basic numeracy and computer skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent teamwork collaborates effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
