About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience in store.
- Carry out stock replenishment and maintain a tidy and inviting store environment, ensuring all areas are well-presented and easy to navigate.
- Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising, helping customers find what they're looking for easily.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and support the success of the store.
