About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience in store.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a tidy and inviting store environment, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Support colleagues in achieving high standards of display and visual merchandising, helping customers find what they're looking for easily.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of ideas to improve customer experience and store performance.
