About the JobWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Secondary School English Teacher to join our team in Newbury, Berkshire. This part-time position involves working on a temporary basis, collaborating with colleagues and students to deliver high-quality education.
- Delivering English lessons to students
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in secondary schools
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
