Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our Board and work closely with our CEO to drive the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational finance, with experience in supporting businesses through organic and inorganic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board
  • Develop and implement financial plans to support business growth and expansion
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive business transformation and prepare the company for future sale
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar senior role in a multi-site organisation
  • Experience operating in a privately owned / family business environment that has gone through a period of transformation
  • Extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a finance / multi-functional team
  • Experience with M&A and preparing companies for sale is highly desirable
